How do you score a goal, and can players use their hands?
A goal is scored when the ball fully crosses the goal line into the net. Players (except the goalkeeper) may not deliberately touch the ball with their hands or arms.
What is the goalkeeper allowed to do that other players cannot?
The goalkeeper may handle the ball with their hands inside their own penalty area to stop goals.
What happens when the ball goes out of play?
If it crosses the touchline, the opposing team gets a throw-in. If it crosses the goal line: last touched by the attacker → goal kick for the defending team; last touched by the defender → corner kick for the attacking team.
